Health activities & programs for residents 50+

Established in 1989, Aspen Club provides health-related programs and services to those 50 and forward in Larimer and Weld Counties to help older adults age healthfully and independently. Some of their services include:

• Assistance in completing Advance Directives
• Health and wellness education
• Disease prevention and healthy lifestyle strategies
• Health screenings
• Medicare counseling
